- A fashion presentation and Q&A by internationally acclaimed fashion designer Norma Baker Flying Horse, owner of Red Berry Woman in New Town. She is recently back from featuring her stunning couture at Atlantic City’s Fashion Week. On April 16, Flying Horse was also named Phoenix Fashion Week’s Designer of the Year. Find out how she is bringing contemporary Indigenous design into the international fashion world and putting North Dakota on the fashion map.
