Summary: Robert (Bob) Ingstad was a leader in the radio broadcasting industry. Since 1968 Bob built, owned and operated radio stations in several states throughout the country. This included the flagship radio station of the Ingstad family, KOVC-AM in Valley City. KVOC was put on the air in 1936 by his father, Robert Ingstad Sr., Bob was awarded the North Dakota Broadcaster of the Year in 2007.
