Summary: Debra Kathryn Zeeb, of Bismarck, ND, passed away peacefully at home on March 11, 2024, with her husband and daughters by her side. She was 73 years old. Her celebration of life was held March 16, 2024, at Inspire Family Fellowship, Bismarck. Debra Kathryn Hepper was born May 5, 1950, in Bismarck to Harold and Laura Hepper. She grew up in McClusky, ND. She graduated from McClusky High School, married Fred Zeeb Jr., and moved to Bismarck where they welcomed daughter, Sheri, in 1968. Daughter, Kim was born in 1970 and their family was complete. After working at Banco/Norwest Bank for 17 years, she left the workforce to attend the University of Mary, Bismarck, where she graduated magna cum laude in 1993 with a bachelor of science degree and accounting and business admiration degree. After receiving her degrees, she worked at Starion Bank as Vice President of the Compliance/Auditing Department until she retired in 2012. When Deb and Fred were not in North Dakota, they had a second home in Maricopa, AZ, where they enjoyed the warm winters with their “snowbird” friends. In retirement, she loved to travel. Deb and Fred were known to hit the open road in their Corvette and drive for days enjoying the countryside. The love Deb had for her family was unmeasurable. She was blessed to be married to the love of her life for 55 years, a mother to two daughters that she cherished, and a nana to a grandson she adored. She will be dearly missed. Deb was a compassionate, giving person who was always thinking of others. Her kind heart was felt by the many residents of Hay Creek Lodge Senior Living (Bismarck) as they got to know her since she often visited her dad, Harold, who lives there. She knew each resident by name and cared for them deeply. She will be missed by the many friends who loved her like family and her congregation at Inspire Family Fellowship. She is survived by her husband, Fred; daughters, Sheri Zeeb (Boston, MA) and Kim Zeeb (Fargo, ND); grandson, Evan Schaff (Fargo, ND); dad, Harold Hepper (Bismarck, ND); sister, Gail Hepper (Santee, CA); and her niece, Jenn Petragalia (San Diego, CA); and nephews Justin Glum (El Cajon, CA), and Jon Glum (Long Beach,CA). Deb was preceded in death by her mother, Laura Hepper.

Summary: The North Dakota Heritage Family Memorial Program is sponsored by the North Dakota Funeral Directors Association. The life stories of deceased North Dakotans are featured in an archvied collection. Current partners in the project are Eastgate Funeral & Cremation Services, Bismarck Evans Funeral Homes, Carrington and New Rockford Everson-Coughlin Funeral Home, Williston Fulkerson Funeral Home, Tioga Fulkerson Funeral Home, Watford City Fulkerson Stevenson Funeral Home, Williston Nero Funeral Home, Bottineau Parkway Funeral Service, Bismarck Springan Stevenson Funeral Home, Stanley Stevenson Funeral Home, Dickinson These funeral homes provide recent obituaries to the Foundation, where staff and volunteers format, edit and archive each memorial. The memorials are posted, and copies are sent to the family for their input and approval. The listing currently features more than 13,000 memorials, and is constantly updated as new memorials and histories are received.
