Frances Josephine Gawryluk was born on October 8, 1933, in Belfield to Frank and Amelia (Paluck) Makowski. She was raised with her siblings, Victoria, Leonard, and Dorothy. She would also go to the cemetery every Memorial Day to put out flowers and pray for the people buried there. Frances is survived by her sister, Dorothy Heiser, of Bozeman, MT; brother, Leonard Makowski, of Belfield; aunt, Betty Kropilnicki; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
