A funeral service was held June 12, 2025, at St. Michael Rec. Center, St. Michael, ND. Burial will be at the St. Michael Cemetery. D.J. was born in Devils Lake, ND, on August 20, 1986, to Patricia “Denice” White and Darren Iceman Sr. He attended Four Winds Elementary and High School. He also attended Crow Creek High School for a short time. He later earned a GED from Little Hoop Community College and recently went back to school to work towards carpentry. He loved his kids, Xoey Taylor and Zavier. While they were growing up, he enjoyed taking them to the park to play and out to their grandpas' Melvin Langstaff and “Grandpa Great” to visit. He loved his nieces and nephews and spent time hanging out with them, enjoying each other’s company. He always had someone laughing with the crazy things he said and did. D.J. was the family’s griller when they had family gatherings in the summertime. His mom said he made the best steaks and that she’s sure going to miss them. He enjoyed cooking and would cook for anyone that was hungry at any time. Before his passing he lived with his baby sister, Gabby “Wagabbs,” and family and he was their chef. He had a lot of friends and family that he spent time cruising around with or visiting them at their homes hanging out with and having a good time. D.J. was grateful and appreciated everyone and anything he received. He will truly be missed by all that were blessed to have him in their life. Toksa ake.
