Summary: Delia "Dee" Sianghio, 91, of Dickinson, ND, passed away June 17, 2026, at her home. A funeral Mass was held Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Dickinson, with Father Ryan Martire celebrating. Burial was at St. Wenceslaus Cemetery. Delia was born on September 5, 1934, in Zambales, Philippines, to Dr. Aqualino and Solita (Ortin) Edaño. The eldest of five children, Delia graduated college in 1958 from University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines with a bachelor of science in pharmacy. Delia married Dr. Gregorio L. Sianghio in 1960, and had three children, Leyden, Homer and Lourdes. The family embarked on a great adventure and emigrated to the United States in 1971, ultimately settling in Dickinson, ND, where Dr. Gregorio practiced in anesthesiology at St. Joseph Hospital. Much to Delia's dismay, she experienced extreme cold, blizzards, and having to travel to West Fargo, ND, for authentic Philippine ingredients for traditional food. Delia was an avid reader, history buff, and enjoyed crocheting and knitting. After her husband died in 1985, she became an active volunteer at St. Luke's Nursing Home in Dickinson and enjoyed exercising to step-aerobics. Delia is survived by daughter, Dr. Leyden Sianghio-Reamer (Joe Reamer), Boerne, TX; son, Homer Sianghio (Cindy M. Steiner-Sianghio), Kent, WA; and daughter, Lourdes E. Sianghio, TX/ND; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Delia was preceded in death by her parents, Dr. Aquilino and Solita Edaño of Zambales, Philippines; husband, Dr. Gregorio Sianghio of Dickinson, ND; sisters, Aquilina and Susan; and brothers, Aquilino Jr. and Lino, all from Zambales, Philippines.

Summary: The North Dakota Heritage Family Memorial Program is sponsored by the North Dakota Funeral Directors Association. The life stories of deceased North Dakotans are featured in an archvied collection. Current partners in the project are Eastgate Funeral & Cremation Services, Bismarck Evans Funeral Homes, Carrington and New Rockford Everson-Coughlin Funeral Home, Williston Fulkerson Funeral Home, Tioga Fulkerson Funeral Home, Watford City Fulkerson Stevenson Funeral Home, Williston Nero Funeral Home, Bottineau Parkway Funeral Service, Bismarck Springan Stevenson Funeral Home, Stanley Stevenson Funeral Home, Dickinson These funeral homes provide recent obituaries to the Foundation, where staff and volunteers format, edit and archive each memorial. The memorials are posted, and copies are sent to the family for their input and approval. The listing currently features more than 13,000 memorials, and is constantly updated as new memorials and histories are received.
