Summary: A long rectangular two-story building, finished in stucco sits in the town of Plaza (N.D.). Built by WPA workers as a town hall or community building, the structure is designed in a simple Moderne or Art Deco style, with little ornamentation. The view is of the back and one side, and each end has a false front pediment rising above the roofline. The pediment wraps around and is different in shape on front and back. The front has a bit of a frontier arch to it, while the rear facade has a triangular pediment. Two garage doors are on the side near the rear corner of the structure. A number of doors and windows are set in the walls. but not in a symmetrical fashion. The building still exists and is used as a village hall.
