Summary: Governor Art Link bends to talk with his father, John Link, with First Lady Grace Link at his side in the House Chambers during the Inaugural events for North Dakota's 1975 Legislative Session. John Link holds a cane in his hands, Governor Link holds the pages of his public address, and Mrs. Link wears a corsage of tiny roses. Taken by a Bismarck Tribune photographer, possibly Leo LaLonde, Steve Wallick, or Jerry Anderson, all working at the paper during this period.
