Summary: Bismarck's Assistant Fire Chief, Adam Brown, is in his fire fighter helmet and coat, and is preparing to climb into the cab of Engine No. 4. His address is listed as 319 S. 9th Street. The accompanying article in the Bismarck Tribune was focused on jobs which require staffing on Christmas Day and other holidays.
