Summary: South side of Camp Hancock officers quarters building looking north showing fire damage and missing siding. Two men stand on a platform on the roof doing repairs. Boards are missing from the side of the building in several places, a casualty of the May 21, 1949 fire. Buildings on the opposite side of Main Avenue are partially visible. [Photos taken by Paul L. The name changed the following year. The site initially was the supply depot for Fort Abraham Lincoln. The post, as seen here, became an office of the Weather Bureau after it was no longer needed to supply Fort Abraham Lincoln.
