Summary: Husband and wife seated with three girls and two boys in studio portrait. The girls are wearing white dresses and the boys are wearing dark suits with short pants. Elizabeth has a broach at her neckline and a cross on a chain around her neck. The little girl Helena (between Nicholas' legs is playing with a pearl necklace, moving it closer to her mouth. The little boy, Jacob has a pin on his lapel and an embroidered design at the neckline of the vest. Peter is wearing a striped tie and has a carnation boutonnière.
