Sveum (1870 - 1944)4 Fredrik Ober Halvorson (August 15, 1879 - December 1970) Maria (Mary) (April 29, 1883 - November 12, 1977)5 - Nels Johnson (November 24, 1879 - June 30, 1949)6 Netta (August 13, 1885 - August 21, 1955) - Mrs. Arndt Ellingson (1883 - 1958)7 Hans Gustav (December 20, 1886 - September 4, 1971)8 Bennie O. (January 1890 - 1968)9 - married in 1911 to Dagny B. Larson (1895 - 1975)10 Joseph Alvin (April 1892 - 1963)11 Ole Halvorson and his wife, Bertha, came to Pierce County in the spring of 1899. They homesteaded in Torgerson Township.12

Halvorson's work at the State Historical Society of North Dakota.
