Inscription/Marks: On the back: 0071-39-09, "Sheila & Cindy", "8", and "1949".
Summary: Two little girls, identified as Sheila and Cindy, are dressed in scarves and roll-legged pants, seated an the hood of an old utility truck in the driveway of the Old Governor's Mansion, Bismarck (N.D.). The girls are posed and smiling with one of the governor's employees, an older gentleman with a t-shirt and chinos. Appears to be a fall scene as there are flowers visible in the neighboring yard. The truck has stenciled on the front drivers door "N.D. N.G.", and dates to 1949, during the Aandahl administration.
