Summary: Harold Ziegler, delegate to the Non-Partisan League state convetion in 1958 stands in conversation with several men, including political candidate from district 46, Donnell Haugen. Haugen, from Roseglen, and Ziegler from Emmet, are both active in North Dakota state politics with the NPL. Their home county is McLean County. The men wear shirtsleeves and no ties during this gathering. Likely taken between 1958 and 1960.
