Ida married on May 11, 1894 to Martin J. Sveum (August 21, 1870 - April 9, 1944)15. In the spring of 1900, they moved to Pierce County and farmed north of Rugby, in section 31, Township 158-72 (Spring Lake Township), Pierce County.16 To this union were born: Joseph Oliver (November 7, 1894 - March 27, 1962)17 - married Nanalou Argabright (January 8, 1898 - May 31, 1992)18 John Elmer (May 8, 1896 - December 26, 1978)19 - married Alma C.
