Inscription/Marks: On the back: 0080-Box 01 folder 07-30 has been changed to 00080-0014-0063, "65" encircled, "20731", and the information about the cost, size of the planned structure with the architects name.
Summary: Architect Bernard Hillyer holds a brick being used in the construction of the Church of St. Anne at 1321 Braman Avenue in Bismarck, N.D. Hillyer is on the work site in a sdark blazer and white shirt. Behind and around him are the brick supporting pillars and the steeply pitched laminated Douglas Fir arches. A crane and scaffolding rise in the background. The building permit was issued on June 6, 1960, and the cost of the church was $260,000. Associated Builders was the contractor, and the Hillyer design was in the Mid-century Modern style. The completion date was sometime in the spring of 1961. The picture accompanied a Bismarck Tribune story about the new building.
