Summary: From the family photographs of the Aandahls, this snapshot shows Governor Fred Aandahl himself, seated on the steps of the Bismarck (N.D.) Governor's Mansion. Standing beside him is a small girl in a warm coat and an old-fashioned dress-up hat. The Governor leans against the cheek wall of the steps, while a little boy in a cap tries to sneak up in him. Taken during the Aandahl years at the house, 1945-1951.
