Summary: From the Governor Fred G. Aandahl Family photographs, this small snapshot shows a little girl with a short dark cap of hair. Her little coat is cloth, and she holds a rake while standing on the boulevard of East Avenue B, near the Old Governor's Mansion in Bismarck (N.D.). Unidentified and undated, but associated with the Aandahl family's time in the Mansion, 1945-1951.
