Summary: Eight members of the extended family of Governor Fred Aandahl are posed for a picture in the Old Governor's Mansion in Bismarck (N.D.). On the couch are seated the Governor, daughter Margaret, an unidentified woman, and Luella Aandahl, the governor's wife. Arranged in front of those on the couch are two unidentified young men in jackets and ties, on either side of the two girls, Louise (left) and Marilyn (right). The tall windows of the residence living room behind the group are curtained with sheer drapes. Taken during the Aandahl administration 1945 to 1951. This comes from the family collection.
