Summary: A view of the old capitol from the road approaching the building. Trees grow on both sides of the road. The double arched entryway and balcony supported by columns are clearly visible at center. The original North Dakota Capitol building was built in 1883, and was added on to in 1893 and 1903. It was destroyed by fire in December 1930.
