[back-print] The State Capitol overlooks from the north the beautiful city of Bismarck, and in the distance the winding Missouri River. Of latest architectural design, it houses in the tower the state's administrative offices while the legislature assembles in the circular wing at the left. [back-written] Hi, Well this is sure fun and were in North Dakota, 1 mile from the border of Montana. We travelled 552 miles today. Our cabin is splendid, it's got a shower, piano, electric stove, water and refrigerator and 3 double beds. We were in the badlands of North Dakota, I forgot to tell my uncle David to come over but I'm writing to him now. Love, Charley. Mrs. Witter, Southside Owego, New York
