Inscription/Marks: [back-written] Post Hospital, Old Fort Lincoln, Custers Home.
Summary: Two story wood-framed clapboard house with porches on at least three sides with hospital beds, chairs and other equipment. A man is standing in the doorway on photo right side next to a wood bin with a mop leaning against it and a wash basin and broom on the floor to photo right of the doorway. A tent has been set up next to the porch and in the background photo right is another outbuilding. There are a large number of chairs on the porches on photo left with more hospital beds in the back. More buildings are in the background. The roof has three tall brick chimneys supported by guy-lines to the roof.
