Summary: Looking up toward old North Dakota State Capitol with wing additions from the bottom entrancen on the left side of the access road. There is an automobile coming toward the photographer down the road. Two lines of trees is to the left with a walkway between them. On the left side of the road older trees and bushes decorate the grounds around the Liberty Memorial building that has a cannon on the southwest corner.
