Summary: Full length standing portrait of White Duck and family. They are standing in front of striped blanket suspended in front of log building. Son is standing on blanket covered chair in white shirt with suspenders and short pants with laced up high shoes. Mi-h-ka-ata-kis or White Duck (1856-14 January 1913), Guy Packineau, and Hu-pa-ni-ta-ni-as or Rattles Medicine or Emma White Duck (1862-9 May 1939) (Hidatsa). Emma did quill work and beadwork. White Duck is wearing a split horn headdress, wool leggings with rainbow selvage, a blanket-ticking shirt, with his quilled buckskin shirt. She is wearing elks tooth shirt, skirt with quilted horizontal stripes cinched by leather belt with metal tacks.
