Summary: 4-H girls and boys march down Main Street in Williston, holding signs, and wearing caps. The first two boys at the far left hold a sign with the 4-H logo. Behind them, two girls are carrying a larger banner which reads "510 club members 36 clubs." Other children are carrying signs with the names of the 36 clubs. The New Grand Theater, Dee Bee's, Model Mens Wear, J.C. Penney, Standard Clothing, Quality Bakery, and the Odd Fellows lodge can be seen in the background.
