Summary: Mrs. Susan Hall sits with children outside a house in Elbowoods.||Susan Webb was the second wife of Dr. Charles L. Hall. She was girls matron for eight years at the Santee Normal Training School at Santee, Nebraska. She had two children, Evan and Deborah. She married Dr. Hall in 1886. She died in 1922.
