Title: People gather in the Legislative Hall of the North Dakota Capitol building for the 1975 Inaugural Ball

Inscription/Marks: On the back: 00080-0001-00009 replaces "Box 1 fl-9", and the date "1-75".
Summary: Men in suits and women in long skirts form two lines as they pass through the greeting line in the Legislative Hall of the state Capitol for North Dakota's 1975 Inaugural Ball. Flat wooden canopies extend to cover sitting areas recessed on both sides of the long hall. Taken by a Bismarck Tribune photographer, possibly Leo LaLonde, Steve Wallick, or Jerry Anderson, all working at the paper during this period, and part of a collection of several decades of newspaper photographs donated by the Tribune.
