Title: The receiving line at North Dakota's 1975 Inaugural Ball

Inscription/Marks: On the back: 00080-0001-00014 replaces "Box 1 fl-14", and the date "1-75".
Summary: A line of nicely dressed men and women stretches up one side of the Legislative Hall in North Dakota's Capitol building, and continues as a receiving line for the state politicians positioned on the other side, during the 1975 Inaugural Ball. The image is taken from the landing looking down and back across the space. Taken by a Bismarck Tribune photographer, possibly Leo LaLonde, Steve Wallick, or Jerry Anderson, all working at the paper during this period, and part of a collection of several decades of newspaper photographs donated by the Tribune.
