Summary: Temporary wooden barricades hold back a large crowd of men, women, and children who are gathered outside the airport terminal in Bismarck, N.D., to witness the campaign visit of Presidential candidate Jimmy Carter. Two small kids suck their thumbs at the railing behind a woman holding an anti-abortion sign. The Mid-Century Modern terminal forms another containment barrier.
