Summary: Governor Art Link, with his wife Grace at his side, look at a large document rolled out on a glass display case and being examined by Garry Leppart, North Dakota Director of State Parks, during an open house at Fort Abraham Lincoln State Park. Other exhibits are visible around them. Link wears a beaded bolo tie, Mrs. Link holds her handbag in her hands, and director Leppart wears a safari style jacket. Fort Abraham Lincoln State Park, established in 1907, is the oldest state park in North Dakota. Taken by Mandan, North Dakota photographer and photo stringer for the Bismarck Tribune, Bob Feickert, and part of a collection of several decades of newspaper photographs donated by the Tribune. Stamp dated April 1, 1976 and April 5, 1976.
