Inscription/Marks: On the back: 00080-0008-00208 replaces "box01-f4-14", "Feb 20-76 R.P. Hendrickson Bis 1st Nat $55,000 pledge to Heritage Center", edit marks, and "Feb 23, 1976" stamped.
Summary: Governor Art Link receives a pledge of $55,000 to build the Heritage Center on the North Dakota Capitol grounds, from R.P. Hendrickson of Bismarck's 1st National Bank. Both men are in dark suits and striped ties and are in conversation. A flag standard is beside Hendrickson. Taken on February 20, 1976, by a Bismarck Tribune photographer, possibly Leo LaLonde, Steve Wallick, or Jerry Anderson, all working at the paper during this period, and part of a collection of several decades of newspaper photographs donated by the Tribune.
