Summary: Sixty-seven men pose at Fraine Barracks for a group photograph of the volunteer force of World War II Air Raid wardens for the Bismarck, North Dakota area. After the events of Pearl Harbor, these citizen watch groups were formed around the United States. The picture was taken by the Risem Studio in 1942, and the surnames of the men are typed on the back of the picture.
