Summary: Rodeo and professional entertainer and trick rider, Montie Montana smiles broadly while North Dakota Governor John Davis strokes the horse Rex on the muzzle in Memorial Hall of the state Capitol. A group of female employees watch from near the elevator door. State stockman and politician, Ray Schnell, holds a cigarette and a straw western hat in his hands as he watches from beside the Governor.
