Summary: Three quarter view of two story building that was the officer’s quarters looking southeast showing fire damaged siding. There are wooden platforms mounted to the west side of the roof. On the west end a shed has been added with an angled roof and a white wooden door. A pick-up truck and automobile are parked along the sidewalk on the Main Avenue entrance to Camp Hancock. The name changed the following year. The site initially was the supply depot for Fort Abraham Lincoln. The post, as seen here, became an office of the Weather Bureau after it was no longer needed to supply Fort Abraham Lincoln.
