I am fine. This climate agrees with me. It is nice and warm yesterday and today. Fern there [illegible] me all went to Mayburn fair yesterday had a good time. I'll [illegible] with Love From Clara G. Mr. August [illegible], Williamsburg, Iowa. U.S.
Summary: A view of a portion of the town from an elevated position. The immediate neighborhood appears primarily residential, however there is a smokestack at center. There is a church steeple at left and a water tower at right in the distance. The town stretches out into the background. Minot was founded in 1886 and became the seat of Ward County in 1888.
