Summary: A view of Minot's business district. The first building on the left is the Leland Parker Hotel. There are storefronts on both sides of the street, however none of the names are visible. Many wagons are parked on both sides of the street. People are on the sidewalks and in the street. A building with a tower is in the distance on the left. The Leland Hotel was located on the corner of Central Avenue and Main Street. Clarence Parker purchased the hotel and renovated the exterior. At that point it became known as the Leland Parker Hotel.
