Summary: A large brick building with a tower sits towards the left. There is a water tower behind that building. Another building is visible in the distance at center. In front of the buildings are the grounds of the facility, with a large lawn, trees and bushes. The first soldier was admitted to this facility in 1893. In 1899 a hospital was built and in 1907 the commandant's quarters were built. All original structures were red brick.
