Summary: View of a business district. People walk along the sidewalks. Two carts are visible in the distance. The street is dirt. The first building on the left, the First National Bank, has a dome on part of the roof. Founded in 1882 as Creelsburgh, the city changed its name to Creel City the following year and Devils Lake in 1884. Devils Lake is the seat of Ramsey County.
