Summary: A large building with tower stands at right while a somewhat small, less ornamented building stands at left. There is a field in the foreground. Trees are in the background. Bottineau was chosen as the site for the North Dakota School of Agriculture and Forestry in 1894, however the building was not ready for occupancy until 1906. In 1907 a second brick classroom building was constructed.
