Summary: A view of Old Main after tornado damage. Part of the walls are down and brick is scattered on the ground. Workmen are standing on the second floor which has no walls, workmen are on the ground and a man is in a horse drawn buggy. The cupola is blown off and there is a big hole in the roof. The Old Main building at the University of North Dakota was constructed in 1883. In 1888 a tornado caused the damage pictured above.
