Summary: Looking down rail to coal dump off, the rails are surrounded by make-shift fence of two by four lumber. The crew is standing on and around the horse drawn coal car. The coal miners are all wearing work shirts, jeans and coats and hats with lanterns affixed. A Northern Pacific railroad car is parked below the loading ramp.
