Identification from memory by Mason Martin "Mase Martin" who lived in Bismarck from 1872 to 1880. Went to the Black Hills with the four men in photograph (see A1611). Mr. Martin came from his home at Pierre to see the baqll game played by Pierre Junior League team on Monday 24 August 1936. Came by automobile. With four other men from Pierre. Stayed at The Annex. Photograph from Mrs. John Piatt Dunn.
Summary: The four men who were from the first party to visit the Black Hills from Bismarck (D.T.) in 1875.
