Summary: A group of Native Americans posed in front of a tipi on the capitol grounds. Most wear traditional dress, however there is a man in a suit third from the right in the back row. A flagpole and flag are at right. There were several prominent Chiefs at the cornerstone laying ceremony, including Chief Drags Wolf (Hidatsa).
