Summary: A large concrete structure stands at the left. There are workers scaffolding on top. At center there is another building in the very early stages of construction. The building is surrounded by scaffolding. There is a crane in the background. There is a shed in the right foreground. The North Dakota Mill and Elevator Association began operation in 1922 and is the only state-owned grain elevator and mill in the United States.
