Summary: A steamboat and two barges are in a drydock at center. Another steamboat is moored just to the left. There are two buildings of crude construction in the foreground and another one in the distance. The Missouri River and opposite shore make up the left side and background.||Washburn was an important stop, specifically for refueling, on the steamboat routes of the Missouri River north of Bismarck.
