Summary: A river flowing over a small dam. Both shores are tree lined. Buildings stand behind the trees on both sides. Parts of the park lawn are visible on both sides.||In 1880 a small dam was constructed in conjunction with a water pumping station. In 1912 a water treatment facility was added and the dam modified. More renovations occured in 1972.
