Summary: Looking up dirt road to capitol on hill. A four wheel horse drawn buggy is parked next to photo left side of port-cochere. Barrels stand to the left of the road along the edge along with a wheel barrow and other work tools. Young trees have been planted on the edge of the road on photo left. Forming of a hilly area for landscaping has started on photo right.
