Summary: Frank Wenstrom sits posed for a formal portrait wearing a dark suit, tie, and eyeglasses.||Frank Wenstrom was born in Dover, N.D. and represented Williston in the North Dakota Senate from 1957-1960 and 1967-1986. He was affiliated with many clubs and businesses in Williston, including the Williston Chamber of Commerce, and served as officers of several banks in the area. He was Lieutenant Governor from 1963-1964 and served as president of the 1971-1972 Constitutional Convention.
