Title: Eaton home on Custer Trail Ranch, Medora (D.T.)

Inscription/Marks: This was the original house of the Eaton family located at the Custer Trail corssing on the Little Missouri. Those are the Eaton men in front. Unfortunately later burned
Summary: A wooden ranch house with the inhabitants outside near the door. Several sets of elk and deer antlers are at the right corner of the house. Behind the house, there is a shed with a wagon and horse in front. Small trees form the background.||This photograph probably predates or is concurrent with the founding of Medora in 1883.
