Summary: Clarence P. Dahl sits posed for a formal portrait. He wears a dark suit, tie, and eyeglasses.||Clarence P. Dahl was born in Wisconsin, and went to business college in Winona, Minn. He owned a mercantile business in Jessie, N.D. and served in the North Dakota Senate from 1939-1942 and again from 1951 to 1952. He was Lieutenant Governor three times, from 1945-1950, 1953-1956, and 1959-1960. He then served for director of the State Laboratories Department for four years.
